El Sueño Terms and Conditions
The description and information contained on the websites & brochure is personally written by the owner and is written in good faith.
Number of guests: Details of the sleeping accommodation are contained in our descriptions. Only persons named on the booking form shall be allowed to occupy the accommodation and in no circumstances can the maximum number of persons stated be exceeded.
Utilities: Water, sewage and electricity supplies are often not as reliable as in the UK, interruptions of supply do occur. The owners cannot be held responsible for these supplies or any other lack of facility beyond our reasonable control.
Noise: Building works and the resulting noise from the site can take place at any time during the year on an adjoining or nearby property and land. This is beyond the control of the owner and we do not accept any liability. Unfortunately we do not receive advance notice of when building works will begin as third parties over which we have no control carry them out.
Environment: The owners cannot be held responsible for any discomfort or inconvenience caused by the climate, drainage systems, barking dogs or sheep bells or anything else reasonably expected to exist in the natural environment in which El Sueño is situated
Arrival & Departure: All guests are required to vacate the apartment by 1000 hours on day of departure to facilitate cleaning and servicing prior to incoming guests arrival. You may occupy the apartment from 1400 hours. There may be flexibility depending on bookings around your dates. (Contact the owner).
Keys: These will be given to you prior to, or on arrival. Please remember to return your keys on departure. A minimum charge of 90€ will be made if keys are lost (to cover the cost of changing the locks).
Deposit: To reserve the apartment, 50% of total cost is required on booking. The balance is due 8 weeks before departure. Where bookings are made within 8 weeks of departure, total cost of holiday is payable immediately on booking to reserve apartment.
Cancellation: If a booking is cancelled then the deposit is non refundable. Cancellation within 8 weeks of departure, balance is non refundable. We will endeavour to re-let & will try our best to refund part of your payment. We suggest holiday insurance is taken out.
Damage: You are responsible for the cost of damage or breakages and for leaving the property in a clean and tidy condition. No rebates will be given for mechanical failure of any kind and every effort will be made to effect repair.
Liability: No liability is accepted by the owners for any personal injury to guests or any loss or damage to their property. The management reserve the right to decline accommodation and to demand the immediate withdrawal of any persons not complying with the conditions, or for any conduct detrimental to the property or the comfort of the other guests. The management company reserve the right to visit their property at any time to undertake essential repairs & maintenance. No liability is accepted by the owners for customer service failure by the airport transfer service.
